How To Style: Belted Wrap Coat

By now I'm sure you're aware of my love for outerwear, long coats, jackets, vests, and everything in between, including the ever-stylish belted wrap coat. These timeless pieces are versatile and great for layering as we transition from one season to the next. I have so many of them and don't plan on stopping adding them to my collection. The rich camel color of this pocket belted wrap coat from Dresslily is my ideal shade for fall outfits.

What I love about this cognac, camel (whatever you want to call it) color is that it goes with everything. Like the color black, it pairs well with other rich hues like burgundy, navy, or forest green. The color combos are über chic. Personally, I love this color best with a dark wash pair of jeans.

Not to mention that I thought this wrap coat would go perfectly with my Chanel-abe's. Yea, I'm talking about my cute slingback shoes. You might have seen them a lot lately (on other bloggers) but I can't afford true Chanel's at $1,000+. Let's be real yall. I'm all about a bargain and found a similar pair at Zara's but did not like how they fit. Luckily I found these on Choies for under $40. And they look so much alike! Now that's a great dupe.

Getting ready for fall style can get quite pricey. It's my favorite time of year and it's so hard to resist spending money on all the eye-catching styles out there. I've become quite the expert at online shopping now so finding a great deal and staying within budget is totally doable.

I'm sure I'll be using this wrap coat non-stop. Did I mention it has pockets? I love pockets! Ah, it's the little things that make me smile :-) It's really thin and although it can't be worn as a "coat" it's still a necessary item to have.
